In the Office: Dedicated Worker and Comfort Lover
I value transparency and inclusion throughout the design process. From kickoff to delivery, I make sure my collaborators and clients stay informed and involved. Regular check-ins, visual documentation, and remote-friendly tools help keep everything smooth, efficient, and human.

At my previous agency, I created and led a weekly creative session called Good Soup — an interactive space to share ideas, challenge each other, and stay connected as a team. We discussed various design topics, challenged each other with quizzes, presented new ideas, and simply had fun. It wasn’t just about design – it was about fostering a strong, supportive team.

I worked closely with developers, marketers, and clients, maintaining open communication and leveraging each other’s strengths to ensure smooth project execution. Whenever we felt unsure, we held small training sessions to support each other. I suggested different methods for practicing together to improve our presentation skills, particularly for client meetings, ensuring we could confidently deliver strong and effective presentations.

I see design as a way to solve problems creatively. I like turning messy or unclear ideas into something simple and useful. I ask questions, work through different options, and try things out until we find what works — for users, for the team, and for the goal.
